As we continue to scale our digital healthcare ecosystem, we are looking for an experienced Senior WordPress Developer to strengthen our technology team and build fast, secure, scalable, and high-performing healthcare platforms.
? The RoleWe’re looking for a developer first—not just a page-builder specialist.
You should have strong hands-on expertise in custom WordPress development, PHP, MySQL, API integrations, performance optimization, security, and troubleshooting live production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain & customize WordPress websites, themes and plugins
• Build custom functionality using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX & WordPress APIs
• Work extensively with ACF, Custom Post Types, Taxonomies, Hooks, Actions & Filters
• Integrate third-party APIs, CRM systems and lead-generation workflows
• Diagnose and resolve complex WordPress, PHP, database and plugin issues
• Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN & database queries
• Manage and optimize high-traffic websites (20K+ daily visitors preferred)
• Handle security, migrations, backups, SSL, DNS & Cloudflare
• Debug and resolve live production issues safely with minimal downtime
• Collaborate with Product, SEO, Marketing and Design teams
• Support and mentor junior developers while maintaining coding standards

Valuable to have: Custom plugin development, large databases, CRM/API integrations, high-traffic or lead-generation websites, server-level optimization, WordPress Multisite, WooCommerce and CI/CD workflows.
? Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field preferred; strong practical development experience will be equally valued.
