## About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Influencer Marketing & Sales Executive to join our remote team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential brands and clients, reaching out to them, explaining our influencer marketing services, understanding their marketing requirements, and converting potential leads into successful business opportunities.

This role is a combination of Influencer Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Client Communication, and Relationship Management. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with sales conversations, and interested in the digital marketing and influencer marketing industry.

## Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential brands and companies that may require influencer marketing services.

Generate new leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, WhatsApp, calls, and other relevant channels.

Reach out to potential clients and introduce our influencer marketing and digital marketing services.

Understand the client's marketing objectives, target audience, campaign requirements, and budget.

Prepare and share relevant influencer marketing proposals with potential clients.

Communicate with brand managers, marketing teams, founders, and decision-makers.

Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication throughout the sales process.

Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve monthly sales/business targets.





Coordinate with the internal influencer marketing team for creator shortlisting, campaign planning, costing, and execution.

Maintain a database of potential clients and keep lead status updated.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands and clients.

Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, creators, and digital marketing opportunities.

Handle client queries professionally and provide timely responses.

Negotiate commercials and campaign requirements with clients when required.

Work towards increasing the company's client base and overall business revenue.

## What We Are Looking For

Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Should be confident while speaking with clients and business owners.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Instagram, and YouTube.

Comfortable with sales, lead generation, cold outreach, and follow-ups.

Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.

Ability to understand client requirements and communicate solutions clearly.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Good time-management and organizational skills.





Target-oriented and willing to work towards monthly sales goals.

Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales/marketing can also apply.
