We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, and business-driven problem solving. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, build relevant context, conduct market research, and develop scalable AI-powered solutions using strong technical and business logic.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python.
- Build and integrate AI, Generative AI, LLM, NLP, and automation capabilities.
- Develop strong context-building and prompt engineering approaches for AI applications.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven research using business logic.
- Translate business requirements into effective AI/ML solutions and workflows.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Integrate AI solutions with databases, APIs, backend services, and frontend applications.
- Work with frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js when required.
- Develop, test, debug, and optimize AI/ML models and applications.




- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver practical AI solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Machine Learning.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or software development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or RAG.
- Strong understanding of context building, prompt engineering, and business logic.
- Experience with market research, data analysis, and problem solving.
- Knowledge of APIs, backend development, databases, and software development practices.
- Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, or similar frontend technologies.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or equivalent Python frameworks.
- Solid analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and build end-to-end AI-powered solutions.

Good to Have

- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and RAG pipelines.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps.
- Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.
