The role oversees financial planning, budgeting, accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, compliance, ERP, and risk management while partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and institutional growth.Key Responsibility:Financial Strategy & PlanningDevelop long-term financial strategies aligned with institutional goals.Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.Financial Operations & ReportingOversee accounting, financial reporting, MIS, cash flow, treasury, and working capital.Present financial performance reports to the Management and Governing Body.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, UGC, AICTE, State Government, and other statutory regulations.Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.Audit & Risk ManagementLead statutory, internal, tax,
