Market Focus: United KingdomUNO Hotels is looking for an ambitious, hands-on and commercially focused Marketing Manager to join our India office in Jasola, Current Delhi.We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the marketing and paid advertising function for our growing UK hotel portfolio, creating and running campaigns that generate measurable bookings, enquiries and revenue.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the group marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar
- Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Create targeted marketing campaigns for hotel rooms, restaurants, weddings, conferences, events, corporate business and group bookings
- Manage advertising budgets and continuously optimise campaigns based on ROAS, cost per lead, conversion and revenue generated
- Drive direct hotel bookings and reduce dependency on OTAs
- Manage social media strategy, content planning and brand positioning
- Coordinate photography, video, creative design and content production
- Manage hotel websites, landing pages, SEO and email marketing
- Develop local-area marketing campaigns for individual UK hotels and restaurants
- Create seasonal and tactical campaigns to drive business during need periods
- Work closely with UK sales, revenue and hotel operations teams to identify commercial opportunities
- Manage agencies, freelancers and external marketing partners where required
- Monitor competitors, market trends and campaign opportunities
- Track website traffic, enquiries, conversions,

- Produce clear weekly and monthly marketing performance reportsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe want someone who is hands-on, creative, analytical and commercially driven.This is not a role where all advertising is outsourced to an agency.
