We are #hiring for a Philanthropic Initiative of a Foundation - Palliative Care!Job Description:Lead the overall development of a 75-bed palliative-care institution with extended homecare services, translating the Foundation's vision into a high-quality, compassionate and sustainable institution.Lead the institution's overall strategy, operations, culture and organisational development.Translate the Foundation's vision into transparent organisational priorities and execution.Build a culture rooted in compassion, dignity, humility, integrity, accountability and excellence.Partner with senior clinical consultants to strengthen clinical governance, patient safety, quality and multidisciplinary care while respecting clinical autonomy.Recruit, develop, mentor and retain high-performing multidisciplinary teams.Build leadership capability, performance management and learning systems across the organisation.Establish robust operational systems, dashboards, governance mechanisms, compliance and risk-management processes.Lead budgeting, financial planning, resource allocation and long-term organisational sustainability.Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, academia, government, philanthropy and other ecosystem stakeholders.Support the development of training, research, volunteering, outreach and community-based initiatives.Champion continuous improvement,
