Skills You Will Need

- 5+ years of experience.

- Secondary point of contact for all product deliverables
n
- Assist Development Manager to successfully develop and execute work plans by managing scope, schedule, deliverables, and resource allocation
n
- Assist Development Manager to actively and efficiently collaborate with product manager and team on requirements, scope, and project deliverables
n
- Work with Development Manager and Product Manager on requirements analysis and scope
n
- Assist Development Manager to define sprint plan in JIRA along with task estimates and enforce regular work log
n
- Ensures best practices and coding standards are followed within the team
n
- Coding and unit testing of key modules
n
- Promotes focuses on security, scalability and usability aspects within team
n




- Help address functional or technical concern of team members
n
- Assist Development Manager in management of production/qa/demo environment in the cloud
n
- Coordinates with QA team on release and configuration management
n
- Promotes reuse and knowledge sharing within the team
n
- Mentor team members to take them to the next level
n
- Works with Development Manager in identifying and closing integration issues across teams. Acts as team representative during integration.
n
- Hiring and building the team to meet project timelines and participate in interview panel
n
- Develop Fun @ work culture
