Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, and good analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP.
- Prepare sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash books.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and statutory compliance.
- Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain accounting records and documentation accurately.




- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification and payments.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Tally ERP (Mandatory)
- Basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
- MS Excel and MS Office proficiency
- Bank reconciliation
- GST basics and invoice processing
- Valuable communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification

- B. Com / M. Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Freshers with Tally knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Experience

- 0–3 Years in Accounting or Finance Preferred
- Experience with Tally Prime/ERP
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS
