Description

 Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing channel partners, including distributors, dealers, and retailers.
 Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and achieve sales targets.
 Conduct regular visits to channel partner locations to provide product training, support, and ensure proper merchandising.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.
 Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
 Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the regional/ branch team.
 Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
 Stay updated on industry developments, product features, and market dynamics to effectively communicate and position LLOYD Electronics products.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in channel sales in consumer durable/ electronic/ electric industry. with Graduation + MBA degree with 60 % Marks
