- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (2.5+ or 3.x versions).
n
- Proven experience in migrating legacy messaging systems (TIBCO EMS, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ) to Kafka.
n




- Robust proficiency in Java/Spring Boot (or Python/Scala) for Kafka client development.
n
- Experience with:
n
- Kafka Connect (source/sink connectors for databases, REST, etc.).
n
- Schema Registry (Avro/Protobuf) and serialization frameworks.
n
- Kafka Streams or ksqlDB for stream processing.
n
- Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Kafka Manager, Confluent Control Center.
n
- Knowledge of distributed systems concepts (consistency, partitioning, replication).
n
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS MSK, Azure Event Hubs, GCP Pub/Sub) is a plus.
