You'll make a difference by:

- Driving lifecycle growth across strategic CPG accounts by developing and executing account plans that expand service, modernization, renewal, and lifecycle business opportunities throughout the Asia Pacific region.
- Building customer-centric lifecycle strategies by identifying high-potential greenfield and brownfield accounts, assessing customer maturity, and creating long-term roadmaps aligned to business and operational goals.
- Leading opportunity development and pipeline growth by uncovering lifecycle opportunities across the installed base, prioritizing high-value pursuits, and supporting opportunity qualification from discovery through execution.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration by partnering with sales, technical, vertical market, account management, project delivery, and service teams to turn customer needs into measurable business outcomes.
- Strengthening customer engagement and value realization by conducting lifecycle discovery workshops, translating executive-level priorities into actionable plans, and helping customers improve operational performance, productivity, and sustainability.
- Orchestrating partner and stakeholder ecosystems by aligning internal and external stakeholders, supporting channel strategy decisions, and integrating qualified partners to enable scalable lifecycle solutions and business growth.

Your defining qualities:

- Strong sales and business development expertise with a proven ability to drive account growth, identify opportunities, and manage complex customer relationships.
- Deep understanding of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)



operations with experience in manufacturing, process industries, or relevant CPG sub-sectors.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans that balance short-term revenue opportunities with long-term customer lifecycle transformation and value creation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and collaborate across global, regional, and local teams.
- Experience working in complex, multicultural environments and successfully navigating cross-functional organizations and diverse customer landscapes.
- High level of ownership and customer focus with a team-oriented mindset and a track record of driving execution, accountability, and business results.
