Job Summary

n

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with 5–10 years of experience to support the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions across multiple business units.

n

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration, with a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, security, scalability, and performance.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
n
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
n
- Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
n
- Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and Salesforce data models.
n
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and web services.
n
- Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Custom Objects, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
n
- Follow Salesforce best practices for security, governor limits, performance, and scalability.
n
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application and integration issues.
n
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
n




- Support the rollout and adoption of Salesforce Service Cloud across multiple business units.
n
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to development standards and technical documentation.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 5–10 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
n
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
n
- Expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
n
- Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
n
- Experience with Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
n
- Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
n
- Good understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Governor Limits.
n
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and Lightning Experience.
n
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes is preferred.
n
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
n

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Service Cloud Consultant.
n
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
n
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party or enterprise applications.
n
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
n
- Prior experience providing technical leadership or mentoring developers.
n

Education

n

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
