Full Stack Engineer

Locations: Hyderabad/Chennai/Coimbatore

What You'll Do

n

• Build and ship features across the WFM platform and/or the broader contact center platform, working in close, continuous collaboration with the client's internal engineering team.

n

• Participate actively in design discussions and delivery planning, not just implementation - this MVP is explicitly designed to involve engineers in shaping the product, not just coding to spec.

n

• Build and consume integrations with Amazon Connect (call volumes, agent performance metrics, real-time status, scheduling data) to power WFM functionality.

n

• Develop cloud-native services and full stack components using modern patterns (containerized services, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code where applicable).

n

• Work within a team held to data privacy and security standards consistent with GDPR, CCPA, and PCI DSS.

n

• Where background allows, contribute to contact center routing logic or voice/telephony components (Kamailio/FreeSWITCH) - flagged as a robust plus,



not a baseline requirement for all 16 seats.

Required Experience

n

• 6–10 years professional software engineering experience, full stack (backend + frontend).

n

• Strong track record shipping production systems in cloud-native environments - AWS preferred; comfort with Kubernetes and Docker.

n

• Demonstrated ability to work directly with a client's internal team and participate in design/architecture conversations, not just execute tickets.

n

• Solid API design and integration experience - connecting to third-party or internal platform APIs (Amazon Connect experience a strong plus).

n

Strongly Preferred (Not Required for Every Seat)

n

• Prior Workforce Management (WFM) software development experience.

n

• Contact center routing development background.

n

• Voice/telephony development experience, specifically Kamailio or FreeSWITCH.

n

• Automation/test engineering experience, especially voice platform testing.
