Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for an experienced Senior Apriso Developer to join our Digital Manufacturing practice. This role offers an chance to work on large-scale global manufacturing transformation programs, enabling smart factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives using DELMIA Apriso MES solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Apriso Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) , specializing in DELMIA Apriso development and implementation . The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Apriso solutions for global manufacturing programs.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Apriso Process Builder, Business Components, integrations, customization, and production support , along with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations and digital manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and deploy DELMIA Apriso solutions.
Customize Apriso applications based on business and manufacturing requirements.
Develop and maintain Apriso Process Builder workflows and Business Components.
Implement machine and enterprise system integrations, including MES-ERP connectivity.
Support manufacturing operations across Production, Quality, Inventory,



and Warehouse Management processes.
Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing Apriso applications in production environments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to drive solution design and implementation.
Participate in global manufacturing transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
