Experience

- 4–8 years of qualified software engineering experience

- Experience in fintech, financial services, capital markets, or product startups is preferred

- Interest or exposure to crypto and digital assets is a strong advantage

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js
n
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
n
- Experience working with Kafka or other event-driven messaging systems
n
- Good understanding of Docker and containerized deployments
n
- Exposure to Kubernetes in production environments
n
- Strong understanding of clean code, design patterns, and software architecture principles

Cloud & DevOps

- Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms

- Experience with GitHub workflows, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tools is a plus
