Help students turn their dream of studying and working abroad into reality. Join Magic Billion as an Academic Counselor and play a key role in guiding aspiring learners towards international education and life-changing global career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on career opportunities in Germany and other international destinations.

Manage the complete student journey from counselling and admission to onboarding.

Conduct video counselling sessions with students and parents.





Drive consultative sales while achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.

Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce preferred).

Build long-term relationships with students and parents by providing timely guidance and support.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Study Abroad, EdTech, Education Sales, or Student Counseling.

Candidates with a notice period of 10-15 days will be preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
