Company Description CarbonKala is an advanced materials company focused on recovering high-performance carbon fiber from end-of-life composite waste. Using engineered processes, the team reclaims, refines, and reintroduces carbon fiber into demanding applications across aerospace, automotive, energy, and industrial sectors. The company's approach emphasizes precision and consistency, preserving fiber integrity while enabling a circular supply of carbon materials. By transforming composite waste into reliable, high-value feedstock, CarbonKala helps reduce material costs, strengthen supply resilience, and lower the environmental footprint of advanced manufacturing. CarbonKala is building scalable recovery systems in India to serve global markets with performance-grade recycled carbon fiber.
Role Description This is a full time, on-site Researcher role based in Pardi. The Researcher will support the development and optimization of processes for recovering and refining carbon fiber from composite waste. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and documenting findings in clear technical reports and presentations. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, repeatable processes. The Researcher will also stay current with relevant scientific literature,
contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support pilot trials and technology validation activities.
