Role: HR Manager for CBSE School
Location: Pasodara, Surat
Exp: 3-5 yrs
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring the school attracts high-quality educators and support staff.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and maintaining a harmonious work setting.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with CBSE guidelines and labor laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably within the education sector or a CBSE-affiliated institution.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in educational human resource management.
- Proven track record in recruitment, training, and employee engagement strategies.
