Description

1. Identifying new Accounts from the assigned territory and developing them to generate revenue for the organization.
2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Mapping of Key stake holders, influencers and decision makers.
3. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients from Havells for all electrical requirements.
4. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of client business. Understanding of key challenges client is facing in their business.
5. Identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities within existing accounts. Cross selling and up selling in customer Account
6. Developing and implementing strategic account plans for the Year with Quarter wise break-up.
7. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals from the Account.
8. Preparing and delivering account reviews and performance reports time to time asked by management.
9. Analyzing key account metrics and providing insights.

Qualifications

BE/B.TECH regular + MBA (OPTIONAL)
