Role Description The Senior Software Engineer (React.js Developer) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves designing and developing complex front-end features using React.js, integrating them with back-end services, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of web applications. The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into clean, testable, and maintainable code. Day-to-day responsibilities include code reviews, optimization, troubleshooting, and participation in architecture discussions, as well as mentoring junior engineers and contributing to best practices and standards.



The role also includes working with modern tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems to support efficient development and deployment processes.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience in Software Development and Programming with JavaScript/TypeScript, focusing on React.js and related front-end ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Back-End Web Development concepts and integration with APIs and microservices.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and familiarity with design patterns and modular architectures.
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux), modern build tools, and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Ability to write clean, testable code and use unit/integration testing frameworks.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to guide and mentor team members.
- Experience in performance optimization, accessibility, and secure coding practices for web applications is an advantage.
