Job Description

- Lead architecture and technical design initiatives while remaining hands-on with development
- Mentor engineering teams and establish development standards
- Drive code quality and best engineering practices
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient AWS-based applications
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders
- Utilize modern development approaches including DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-assisted development tools

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership and mentorship responsibilities
- Strong backend development experience using .NET and REST APIs
- Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS
- Experience with microservices, serverless architectures, and distributed systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code
- Robust understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions
- Experience with Angular
