Job Description
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the warehouse
- Ensure proper documentation and record management
- Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and utilities.
- Ensure high uptime of material handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse infrastructure.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage site-level vendors (security, housekeeping, pest control, transport).
- Monitor SLAs and service quality.
- Process vendor billing and cost tracking
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Control facility budgets, monitor utility consumption, and optimize costs.
- Lead facility improvement, expansion, and automation support projects.
- Maintain emergency response and business continuity plans.
- Track admin-related expenses against budget
- Coordinate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and external stakeholders.
