Marketing Intern- Growth Marketing & RM Enablement

About the Role:

Nuvama Wealth is scaling one of its flagship RM enablement initiatives- the LinkedIn Sales Navigator program- from 300 to 1,000 Relationship Managers.

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to support this rollout alongside day-to-day growth marketing activities.

This role sits at the intersection of martech, data, and marketing operations. You'll work closely with the RM enablement team to keep the Sales Navigator program running smoothly — from lead allocation to reporting to governance — while also getting exposure to broader marketing execution across a large wealth management platform.

Responsibilities

LinkedIn Sales Navigator support

· Assist RMs with lead search refinement and InMail outreach tracking

· Monitor platform adoption and usage patterns across the RM base

· Support distribution of sourced and inbound leads to RMs based on defined criteria — territory, ICP fit, AUM bracket

· Flag allocation gaps or bottlenecks to the reporting manager

· Build and maintain trackers/dashboards for Sales Navigator usage, lead allocation status, and RM activity

· Prepare periodic (weekly/monthly)



reports for leadership review

· Help enforce platform usage protocols and data hygiene standards

· Support SEBI-compliant conduct across all Sales Navigator and outreach activity

General marketing support

· Assist with day-to-day campaign execution and content coordination

· Support ad-hoc marketing tasks as they arise

Requirements

· Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance

· Robust Excel skills — pivot tables, dashboards, data cleanup

· Comfort working with LinkedIn and/or CRM tools

· High attention to detail and follow-through

· Interest in financial services/wealth management is a plus
