Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic Network and Datacenter infrastructure programs across the organization. The TPM will be responsible for driving planning, execution, deployment, modernization, and operational excellence initiatives involving enterprise networks, datacenter infrastructure, cloud connectivity, security, and capacity expansion.

The ideal candidate possesses solid program management expertise combined with deep technical knowledge of networking, datacenter technologies, infrastructure operations, and large-scale technology deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Execution

- Lead end-to-end execution of Network and Datacenter transformation programs.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, project schedules, milestones, budgets, and success metrics.
- Drive infrastructure modernization, capacity expansion, network refresh, and datacenter migration initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver critical infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure alignment of infrastructure programs with business, operational, and technology strategies.

Network Infrastructure Management
- Partner with Network Engineering teams on LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Cloud Connectivity, and Network Security programs.
- Drive network lifecycle management, hardware refresh, software upgrades, and resiliency initiatives.
- Oversee implementation of network scalability, availability, and performance improvements.
- Manage dependencies across enterprise network, telecommunications, cloud, and security teams.

Datacenter Program Management
- Lead datacenter build-outs, consolidations, migrations, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Coordinate server, storage, virtualization, power, cooling, rack, and facility infrastructure programs.
- Ensure datacenter operational readiness and compliance with organizational standards.
- Drive infrastructure optimization, automation, and cost-efficiency initiatives.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Engineering, Facilities, Procurement, and Operations teams.




- Manage relationships with OEMs, telecom providers, system integrators, and infrastructure vendors.
- Present program status, risks, financials, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.

Risk & Governance Management
- Establish governance frameworks and program review mechanisms.
- Identify infrastructure risks, resource constraints, dependencies, and operational impacts.
- Drive mitigation plans and manage escalations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Infrastructure Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Support high availability and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Drive automation, standardization, and operational excellence programs.
- Monitor KPIs related to uptime, incident reduction, capacity utilization, and service performance.
- Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned activities.
