Job Description: Sales Executive / Field Sales Representative

## Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented *Sales Executive* to generate business opportunities by regularly visiting *interior designers, architects, project sites, and construction locations*. The role involves building strong professional relationships, identifying potential leads, and converting them into sales opportunities for the company’s products and services.

## Key Responsibilities

- Visit interior designers, architects, contractors, and project consultants on a regular basis to promote company products.
- Conduct site visits to ongoing residential, commercial, and office projects.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, site supervisors, and contractors.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing discussions to close sales.
- Gather market intelligence regarding upcoming projects, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for timely order processing and deliveries.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and sales pipeline updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Represent the company professionally in the market.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive knowledge of interior products / plywood / laminates / veneer / related materials
- Ability to build business relationships and generate leads
- Confidence in field sales and site visits
- Basic reporting and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

## Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in interior materials, plywood, laminates, furniture fittings, or construction-related products.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience dealing with interior designers and contractors
- Familiarity with local project sites and market network
- Own vehicle preferred for site and client visits
