Looking for an Insurance Query Analyst to join our Claims Operations team.

Key responsibilities:

Understand and respond to insurance/TPA queries.
n
Coordinate with users to collect required documents within TAT.
n
Prepare query document files and submit them to TPAs.
n
Handle reconsiderations, justifications and clarifications when required.
n
Track queries and ensure timely closure.
n

Preferred: Experience in health insurance claims/TPA operations, positive communication skills and knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
n
Language: Malayalam or Kannada would be an added advantage.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with 1–3 years of experience in health insurance/TPA/claims operations. Strong communication, documentation and Excel skills required. Experience handling insurance queries, reconsiderations and claim documents preferred.
