We are looking for a PCB Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience in circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, manufacturing coordination, and hardware validation.

n

The candidate should be capable of taking a PCB from schematic to layout, manufacturing, assembly, and prototype bring-up.

Experience Requiredn

n
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in PCB design and hardware development.
n
- Hands-on experience in circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, and board bring-up.
n
- Experience coordinating with PCB/PCBA manufacturers for fabrication and assembly.
n
- Experience in prototype testing, debugging, and design revisions.
n

Key Responsibilitiesnn
- Design electronic schematics based on product requirements.
n
- Perform multilayer PCB layout and routing for analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal circuits.
n
- Select components based on technical requirements, availability, cost, and manufacturability.
n
- Apply good PCB practices for signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, grounding, thermal management, and high-current routing.
n
- Prepare production-ready Gerber, BOM, Pick-and-Place, and fabrication/assembly files.
n
- Follow DFM, DFA, and DFT guidelines.
n
- Coordinate with PCB/PCBA manufacturers and review DFM feedback.
n
- Support prototype board bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation.
n
- Work with hardware, firmware, embedded, mechanical, manufacturing,



and procurement teams.
n
- Maintain PCB revisions and design documentation.
n

Required Skillsnn
- Solid understanding of electronic circuits and components.
n
- Experience with multilayer PCB design and schematic capture.
n
- Knowledge of analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal design.
n
- Understanding of PCB fabrication and PCBA processes.
n
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA/DFT, creepage and clearance, trace-width calculations, grounding, and thermal considerations.
n
- Experience with oscilloscope, multimeter, bench power supply, and logic analyzer.
n
- Good communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
n

Preferred Skillsnn
- Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, or similar PCB design tools.
n
- 4-layer or higher PCB design experience.
n
- STM32, ESP32, or similar microcontrollers.
n
- Ethernet, USB, CAN, RS-485, UART, SPI, I²C.
n
- DC-DC converters and power electronics.
n
- Controlled-impedance routing and EMI/EMC-conscious design.
n
- Industrial or automotive electronics.
n
- Designing products for volume manufacturing.
n
- Component sourcing and BOM cost optimization.
n

- Working with PCB/PCBA manufacturers such as JLCPCB, PCBWay, or Indian manufacturing partners.

Qualificationn

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
