Role Summary

n

We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot & Microservices Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, Apache Kafka, REST APIs, and Cloud-Native Development. Experience in eCommerce/Retail platforms and high-volume transaction systems will be highly preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for building resilient, event-driven microservices that support critical business functions such as customer management, product catalog, pricing, inventory, cart, checkout, order management, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

n

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
n
- Develop highly scalable and reusable Microservices following industry best practices.
n
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
n
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
n

Microservices Architecture

n

n
- Design and implement distributed microservices-based solutions.
n
- Apply design patterns including:
n
- Circuit Breaker
n
- Retry Mechanism
n
- API Gateway
n
- Service Discovery
n
- Event-Driven Architecture
n
- Implement fault-tolerant and highly available services.

Kafka & Event-Driven Development

n

n
- Design and develop Kafka Producers and Consumers.
n
- Implement asynchronous communication using Apache Kafka.
n




- Configure Kafka topics, partitions, consumer groups, and message queues.
n
- Handle message serialization/deserialization using Avro or JSON.
n
- Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka performance issues.
n

eCommerce Platform Development

- Develop services supporting:

- Containerize applications using Docker.

- Deploy and maintain services on Kubernetes/OpenShift.
