- Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

- Strong experience in C++ for native Windows development.

- Solid knowledge of Win32 API and MFC.

- Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and MSBuild.
n
- Experience in maintaining and enhancing existing/legacy Windows applications.
n
- Understanding of hardware‐interfacing or system‐level software.
n
- Strong problem‐solving and debugging skills.
n
- Positive communication, reporting, and time‐management skills.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

- Experience using TDD (Test‐Driven Development) methodologies.
n
- Experience with Azure DevOps tools.
n
- Experience with databases or structured data storage.

- A customer‐oriented approach with knowledge of UX/UI principles.

- Experience upgrading applications to support newer Windows or Microsoft Visual Studio versions.
