Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and scale high-performance backend systems using Python.
n
- Build compute and I/O-intensive applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
n
- Optimize application performance, resource utilization, and system throughput.
n
- Design solutions to handle high concurrency and large-scale data processing.
n
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable backend architectures.
n




- Build and maintain backend services utilizing databases such as Redis, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
n
- Drive engineering best practices across coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
n

Must-have Skills

n

n

n
- 5+ years of backend software development experience using Python in production environments.
n
- Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and System Design.
n
- Experience designing and scaling compute-intensive and high I/O backend applications.
n
- Strong expertise in Distributed Systems, concurrency, and performance optimization.
n
- Hands-on experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse (or similar databases).
n
- Experience building scalable, highly available backend services.
n
- Good understanding of CI/CD, software development lifecycle, and engineering best practices.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience building fintech products or financial systems.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and cloud-native architectures.

- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
