Title: ETRM Solution Architect (Endur, Azure & Integration Services) Location: Remote Duration: 6+ months Overview: Support Company’s Commercial IT organization through: Production support for Company’s TriplePoint ETRM platform Endur-related integration delivery Azure cloud platform application services Cross-functional solution coordination Support active Commercial IT initiatives including: Front-office ETRM support Endur implementation activities Azure cloud application deployment Coordination across architecture, security, platform, and deployment stakeholders Key Responsibilities ETRM Application Support Front-office and trading floor support for Company’s TriplePoint ETRM platform Level 1/Level 2 business and application support across the full deal lifecycle Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, Scheduling, Logistics, Risk, Settlements, Accounting, and Operations users User issue triage, troubleshooting, controlled configuration, and reference-data maintenance Incident and defect analysis, root cause support, recurrence-reduction recommendations, and escalation management Functional testing, validation, and documentation of support activities, known issues, and remediation steps ETRM Integration Delivery Technical delivery leadership for ETRM integration initiatives, including Endur-related integration activities Support ETRM, Market Data, Risk, Scheduling, Logistics, and Finance systems Analysis and coordination of API, application integration, and technical dependencies Integration planning, technical issue resolution, testing coordination, and release alignment Collaboration across Houston and London business hours Azure Cloud Platform Application Services Installation, configuration, upgrade, patching,



and deployment support for Commercial IT applications and vendor packages hosted on Azure Application deployment support using DevOps tooling, including GitHub Actions and Terraform Troubleshooting and performance support for application components, servers, service monitors, databases, and related dependencies Collaboration with platform engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to support cloud implementation and application readiness Cloud Solution Integration & Coordination Technical solution coordination across architecture, security architecture, platform architecture, packaging, and deployment control processes Identification, tracking, and escalation of project blockers and technical dependencies Coordination with solution architects to support application installation, deployment, integration, and operational readiness Recommendations for process improvements and dependency-management practices Service Management & Technical Oversight Technical oversight of ETRM, integration, and cloud workstreams Solution direction, technical escalation support, and quality validation Workstream reporting, risk and dependency tracking, and coordination across onsite and offshore delivery teams Status reporting, escalation management, and coordination across Houston, London, and offshore delivery locations Required Experience Commercial Energy Trading and Risk Management ( ETRM ) experience TriplePoint ETRM platform support experience Endur integration and implementation experience API and application integration experience Experience supporting Market Data, Risk, Scheduling, Logistics, and Finance systems Azure cloud platform application deployment and support experience Experience with GitHub Actions and Terraform Technical troubleshooting, testing, release management, and production support experience Experience working with Architecture, Security, Platform Engineering, and Deployment teams EoE
