We at Coforge are seeking Python Full stackTechnical Lead / Technical Architect with the following skill set:

- Core Stack: Python, Django, SQL(PostgreSQL or MySQL), React.js, Angular, Unit testing, GenAI tools (GHCP)
n
- Backend: Python 3.x with a mastery of Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
n
- Database & SQL: Advanced PostgreSQL or MySQL skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Must be proficient in writing complex joins, stored procedures, and optimizing queries for large-scale reporting (e.g.,



generating year-end tax statements)

- Solid understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and encryption standards
n
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between client-side Product Owners and Architects.
n
- API & Integration: Design and maintain RESTful APIs (DRF) for seamless integration with third-party HRIS, perks providers, and banking gateways
n
- GenAI Proficiency: Expertly utilize GitHub Copilot (GHCP) to maintain high velocity, ensure code consistency, and automate documentation for complex payroll logic
