Role: ServiceNow CMDB + AIOps Developer Experience: 7+ Years Overall Experience ServiceNow Experience: Minimum 5 Years as a ServiceNow Developer CMDB + AIOps Experience: Minimum 2 Years – Mandatory Locations: Hyderabad | Pune | Bangalore Role Summary We are looking for experienced ServiceNow CMDB + AIOps Developers with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, ITOM/CMDB, and AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and implementing AI/GenAI and Agentic AI solutions within ServiceNow to improve ITSM/ITOM operations, automation, predictive insights, intelligent routing, and self-service capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement AI Agents, Agentic AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM. - Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automation across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB. - Design and implement AI-driven automation, predictive insights, intelligent incident routing, and self-service solutions. - Configure and customize CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and other ITOM capabilities. - Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST APIs, integrations, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and workflows. - Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations, architects, and engineering teams throughout solution design and implementation. - Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML and GenAI for improving service operations, incident management, problem management, and operational efficiency.



- Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow development standards, security, governance, performance, scalability, and best practices. - Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing ServiceNow applications and integrations. Required Skills & Experience - 7+ years of relevant IT/ServiceNow experience, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB + AIOps – Mandatory. - Strong hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation. - Strong ServiceNow development experience across ITSM and ITOM. - Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and service operations. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, REST APIs, integrations, workflows, and Flow Designer. - Positive understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management. - Experience in identifying and implementing automation and AI-driven operational improvements. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, design-thinking, stakeholder-management, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications - ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-ITOM, or relevant certifications. - Relevant AI/GenAI/ML certifications are desirable. - Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, AI orchestration, or GenAI implementation within enterprise environments is an added advantage.
