Job Overview

n

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer – GRC BTB to support Salesforce migration, deployment, enhancement, and release activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, metadata migration, deployment troubleshooting, integrations, and production support.

n

The candidate will be responsible for migrating Salesforce components across environments, troubleshooting deployment and migration issues, supporting release activities, and ensuring data and application integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Execute Salesforce migration and deployment activities across environments, including environment-to-environment code and metadata migration.
n
- Support release management and ensure smooth deployment of Salesforce components across development, testing, and production environments.
n
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using:
n
- Apex Classes
n
- Apex Triggers
n
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
n
- Visualforce
n
- SOQL / SOSL
n
- Salesforce Flows
n
- Declarative automation tools
n
- Analyze and troubleshoot migration-related issues, including:
n
- Code deployment failures
n
- Apex exceptions
n
- LWC rendering issues
n
- Validation rule conflicts
n
- Metadata deployment errors
n
- Configuration and dependency issues
n
- Perform Salesforce administration activities including:




n
- User management
n
- Profiles

- Manage Salesforce deployments using tools such as Copado, Git, Change Sets, or similar deployment/release management platforms.

- Work with Salesforce metadata, packages, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.

- Support and troubleshoot integrations involving:

- REST APIs
n
- SOAP APIs
n
- Middleware platforms
n
- Authentication mechanisms
n
- Data synchronization
n
- Perform data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks during Salesforce migration projects.
n
- Conduct impact analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) for migration and deployment issues.
n
- Investigate application and performance issues and provide timely resolutions.
n
- Ensure Salesforce solutions follow development, security, deployment, and release best practices.
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout migration and release activities.
n
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and release activities.
n
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure timely completion with high-quality output.
