Convertinquiriesandleadsintoconfirmedadmissionsbyachievingindividualandteamadmissiontargets.

Followupconsistentlywithprospectivestudentsthroughcalls,messages,andcampusvisits. Maintainandupdatestudentinquiry/leaddata(CRM/Excel/Admissionsoftware)accuratelyandinatimelymanner.

Organizeandparticipateinadmissiondrives,educationfairs,school/collegevisits,andseminarstogenerateleads. Coordinatewiththemarketingteamforpromotionalactivities,campaigns,andeventstoboostadmissions.

Guidestudentsthroughdocumentation,applicationforms,entrancerequirements,andfeepaymentprocedures. Liaisewiththe Training&Placementand; Academicdepartmentstocommunicateaccurateprograminformationto prospectivestudents.

Handlestudentqueriesandresolveconcernstoensureapositiveadmissionexperience. Preparedaily/weekly/monthlyadmissionreportsandshareupdateswiththe Admissions Manager.

Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithschools,coachingcenters,andeducationalconsultantsforreferrals.

Required Skills&Competencies;

Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills(English,Hindi,and/orregionallanguageasapplicable). Stronginterpersonalandconvincing/negotiationskills. Target-drivenmindsetwiththeabilitytoworkunderpressureduringadmissionseason. GoodknowledgeofMSOffice,CRMtools,andbasicdatamanagement.
