Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Food Safety / Quality Officer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our quick-growing, purpose-driven food brand.

The role focuses on:

- Designing and deploying food safety and quality systems
- Ensuring compliance with FSSAI and internal standards
- Training and capability-building across teams
- Maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards across the value chain

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and monitor Food Safety & Quality Plans in line with FSSAI and internal standards




- Conduct in-process quality checks, audits, and inspections during production and packaging
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Support process improvements and implement best practices to enhance product safety and quality

Qualifications

- M. Sc. in Science (mandatory);

specialization in Food Science / Food Technology preferred

- 1–3 years of experience in Food Safety / Quality roles
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing food safety plans
- Certification in FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 (preferable)
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
