- Manage HR operations for the plant, including recruitment and onboarding
- Handle employee relations and ensure a positive workplace environment
- Oversee compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Plan and implement training and development programmes
- Work on performance management and appraisals
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
- Support organisational change and workforce planning
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
