About the Role – Implementation SpecialistAs an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of our GST products. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating product configuration and integrations, conducting product demonstrations, and training, and ensuring successful implementation and post-go-live support.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end implementation of GST products.- Understand client requirements and coordinate product configuration and deployment.- Support ERP/API integrations in collaboration with internal technical teams.- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and post-implementation support.- Guide clients on GST compliance and return filing processes.- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams.- Track project timelines, documentation, risks,
and client issues.- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.- Visit client locations as required.Key Skills & Experience- Strong client-facing and communication skills.- Hands-on experience in GST return filing and/or indirect taxation.- Understanding of APIs, ERP integrations, or software implementation.- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.- Customer-focused approach with strong ownership and execution skills.- Willingness to travel as required.
