Overall 3+ years in BPO/Contact Center domain is a must. Education: Only Graduates can apply. Communication: Excellent Communication Skills are essential. Flexibility: Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts. Key Responsibilities (Implied from the role) Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (primarily voice calls)

Identify trends and areas for improvement in agent performance and process adherence. Collaborate with training and operations teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
