Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our business in Western Uttar Pradesh. Location: Meerut (HQ) Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
- Drive primary and secondary sales targets across the assigned region.
- Ensure high team productivity, motivation, and performance development.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key channel partners, doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits, business reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to enhance market share and business growth. What We're Looking For ✅ Experience: 14–22 years in Generic Pharma,



Consumer Healthcare, Medical Devices/Surgical industry. ✅ Education: B.Sc ., B.Pharma, B.Com, or MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred). ✅ Skills: Advanced MS Excel, strong analytical and strategic planning skills, and exposure to CRM/DMS/SFA platforms. ✅ Leadership: Proven experience managing teams of 10+ members across multiple territories. ✅ Industry Exposure: Solid experience in doctor engagement, hospital business, retail sales, tender business, and field sales management. ✅ Business Achievement: Demonstrated success in handling and achieving annual business turnover of ₹1 Crore+.
