- Configure and customize ServiceNow CLM workflows for contract creation negotiation approval and renewal.
- Develop templates clause libraries and automated contract generation logic.
- Build custom Business Rules UI Policies and Flow Designer workflows for contract processes.
- Integrate CLM with CPQ procurement and legal systems.
- Support obligation tracking alerts and compliance reporting.
- Work with Legal and Procurement stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
Required Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow CLM module and contract management processes.
- Solid scripting skills in JavaScript Glide API and Flow Designer.
- Familiarity with document generation and e-signature integrations.
- Understanding of contract clauses redlining and approval workflows.
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred.
