Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to design develop configure and support Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Demand Management Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Resource Management Financial Planning Agile Development and Portfolio Management while leveraging ServiceNow development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement configure and enhance ServiceNow SPM modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SPM solutions.
- Configure Demand Management Project & Program Management Portfolio Management Resource Management and Financial Planning processes.
- Develop Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies UI Actions and Flow Designer workflows.
- Build and maintain dashboards reports and Performance Analytics solutions.




- Configure Strategic Planning Workspace Project Workspace and Resource Management Workspace.
- Integrate SPM with ITSM HRSD CMDB ERP and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support data migration testing (SIT/UAT) deployments and post-production support.
- Create technical documentation and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
