Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end export shipping and booking processes.
- Coordinate with shipping lines freight forwarders CHA warehouse and transporters.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents including VGM Draft BL Commercial Invoice Packing List and other export documents.
- Review Draft Bill of Lading for accuracy and coordinate corrections when required.
- Track vessel schedules shipment status ETD/ETA and ensure timely documentation.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for cargo readiness loading and dispatch.
- Handle Shipment Conversion and Shipped on Board (SOB) documentation.
- Ensure all required certificates and shipping documents are prepared and submitted on time.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies vessel changes delays and other shipment-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of shipments and ensure smooth coordination throughout the export process.
