We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong functional knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) . The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP configuration implementation integration testing and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules based on business requirements.
- Work on end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) and financial accounting processes.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and support:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Tax
- Accounts Closing
- Controlling (CO)
- Work on Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) .
- Configure organizational structures including Company Code Chart of Accounts Fiscal Year Posting Periods and Document Types .
- Handle automatic account determination payment processes clearing reconciliation and financial postings .
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Work on SAP FI integration with MM SD PP and other modules .
- Analyze and resolve production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.
- Perform unit testing integration testing UAT regression testing and defect resolution.
- Support data migration cutover go-live and post-production activities.
- Prepare functional documentation and configuration documents.
- Interact with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO .
- Robust knowledge of SAP FI and CO configuration .
- Experience in GL AP AR Asset Accounting and Bank Accounting .
- Good understanding of Cost Center Profit Center Internal Orders and CO-PA .
- Solid knowledge of R2R processes .
- Experience with SAP FI integration with MM and SD .
- Experience in SAP implementation and/or production support.
- Good understanding of financial accounting and controlling business processes.
