The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning coordinating and monitoring the transportation storage and distribution of goods. This role ensures timely deliveries maintains accurate inventory records communicates with suppliers and carriers and resolves logistics issues to support efficient business operations.

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Schedule and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
- Communicate with suppliers carriers warehouses and customers.
- Prepare shipping documents invoices and customs documentation when required.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Resolve shipping delays damaged goods and transportation issues.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Negotiate shipping rates and coordinate with freight providers.

Qualifications :

- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 13 years of experience in logistics transportation or supply chain operations.
