Position: Customer Service Associate International Voice

Process: Banking & Cards US Process

Location: Goregaon / Malad Mumbai

Maximum Salary: Up to 5.8 LPA

Eligibility

Graduate: 112 years of BPO Voice experience

HSC: 18 months10 years of BPO Voice experience

Freshers are not eligible

Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts

Shift Duration: 9 Hours

Working: 6 Days a Week Weekends as required

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently

Meet SLA KPI AHT RSAT & Customer Experience targets

Deliver excellent customer service

Implement process updates and feedback effectively

Maintain quality and productivity standards

Skills Required

Excellent English communication skills





International Voice / BPO Voice experience preferred

Solid customer-handling skills

Positive attitude & team-player mindset

Comfortable working rotational & night shifts

BPO1: Graduate 12 months experience Direct OPS

BPOZ: HSC/Undergraduate 1824 months experience Direct OPS
