Multiplier AI is looking for a Performance Marketing Intern with a strong interest in Google Ads paid marketing lead generation and campaign optimization**. The candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing team on live campaigns and gain hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in setting up and managing Google Search Display & YouTube Ads.
* Conduct keyword competitor and audience research.
* Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CTR CPC CPL conversions and ROAS.
* Assist with ad-copy creation A/B testing negative keywords and bid optimization.
* Support lead generation and conversion optimization activities.
* Track campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
* Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and provide optimization insights.
* Support landing-page and UTM tracking activities.
Requirements
Eligibility & Skills
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing BBA MBA Digital Marketing or related fields.
* 70% / 7 CGPA throughout academics preferred.
* Strong interest in Google Ads/PPC and Digital Marketing.
* Basic understanding of keywords bidding CTR CPC CPL and conversions.
* Strong analytical numerical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
* Google Ads/Google Analytics certification is an added advantage.
* No active backlogs preferred.
