Job Title: Lead Architect – Design Review

Key Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch. – 5-year program)
n
- 9 to 10 years of experience in Architectural consultancy in Design Development and Site execution
n
- Excellent Aesthetic sense
n
- Basic understanding of Various Design disciplines and their interdependences
n
- Should be a Learner with Robust communication skills
n
- Positive attitude, Self Motivated and team-oriented mindset
n
- Strong alignment with a detail-driven work culture
n
- Ability to learn, adapt, and align with organizational standards and processes
n
- Be able to work on multiple projects

Key Responsibilities:

n

n




- Conduct Detail Design review of Architectural design, details at key stages of design deliverables
n
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Facade, teams to ensure design integration
n
- Create design observations, and propose practical solutions in coordination with various stake holders
n
- Be able to Review Shop Drawings
n
- Be able to Respond to RFI
n
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks
n
- Follow agreed design consistency and construction accuracy
