What You’ll Do

n

- Engineer from 0 to 1: Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products. You’ll take an idea from a whiteboard sketch to a production-ready, scalable reality.

- Architect on AWS: Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure that is as lean as it is powerful. You own the stack, the scale, and the stability.

- Direct CXO Collaboration:



Work as a technical thought partner to our leadership team. You aren't just taking requirements; you’re helping shape the strategic roadmap.

- The Full Lifecycle: You develop it, you ship it, you maintain it, and you scale it. You own the "Connective Tissue" between complex AI models and a seamless user experience.

- Rapid Prototyping: Build, test, and iterate on AI-driven experiments at a pace that would make most developers dizzy.

What We’re Looking For

- The Experience: 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience. You’ve built, deployed, and scaled products that people actually use.

- The AWS Edge: You live and breathe the AWS ecosystem. You know how to leverage the right services to build fast and stay agile.

- The Builder’s Mindset: You are a "hustler" who thrives in ambiguity. If a tool doesn't exist, you build it. If a process is slow, you automate it.

- Strategic Depth: You understand that great code is useless if it doesn't solve a business problem. You can translate "CXO-speak" into elegant technical architecture.

- Technical Versatility: Whether it's backend, infrastructure, or integrating the latest LLM, you are a polyglot who picks up the right tool for the job.
