Our flagship platform, Hypervise, enables manufacturers to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency by integrating cutting-edge Industrial AI solutions.We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of enterprise-scale AI and software solutions.Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor engineering teams across Computer Vision, AI/ML, and Full Stack development.- Define technical scope and architecture in collaboration with Solution Architects.- Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle from design to deployment.- Drive engineering excellence, code quality, scalability, and performance.- Resolve technical bottlenecks and manage project dependencies.- Collaborate with Project Managers and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.- Implement engineering best practices, CI/CD, and quality assurance processes.- Foster innovation and continuously improve engineering processes.Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
